Why our community exists...

Friendships often shift when people become parents.
You can feel on the outside.
Here, you build a circle that fits your life.
Warm, honest chats and gentle planning for the future if you want it.
Ask questions. Share plans. Celebrate the good stuff.

You’re one of many

In Britain, 28% of non-parents aged 18–40 say they definitely don’t want children. You’re not the odd one out, your choice is shared by a large and growing group. Come and find us on socials and in our community!

It’s the life stage shift, not you

We've all been here, friends have their first child, contact drops and they seem to spend their social time around other parents.
It's super common and documented, it isn’t a reflection on you.

A space that feels warm matters

Studies have found parents show strong in-group warmth specifically toward other parents.
Having your own space where you feel seen is important.

You're not selfish

Among UK 18–40 year olds who say they don’t want children, top reasons include cost (28%) and concern about the world (16%).
If you just don't want them, same here!

Hey, I'm Joanne...

A West Midlands girl now living in the North East searching for new friends and a social circle that fits my future. You can often find me in one of the many lush coffee shops in Newcastle, at a Toon game, music event, eating pizza or with my Fiancé Ben. We often walk our Sprocker Spaniel Daisy around Northumbria and along the Northumberland coast line. If you cant find me in any of those spots it’s likely I’m in Nashville or dreaming of my next visit as I listen to Drake White.
